Daddy's surprise

One night Kyle told me that he had a good game for the kids. We were putting the kids to bed so I figured he would just tell me when we went to bed. We forgot so the next day I called him on his way to work. He told me that the first clue involved paper and crayons. That's all he told me and it drove me CRAZY. Later on I sent him an IM during his lunch about the surprise. He told me that the second clue dealt with walking around finding things. I told him it was a scavenger hunt and the kids love those! Later he told me that there was one more clue. WHAT? I wasn't right about the scavenger hunt??? Third clue involves a paw print and a thinking chair! BLUE'S CLUES! Duh... it's all my kids have been singing for the last week! I should have realized it from start. Smarty pants Kyle played the game on me and I didn't even notice it! :-)

The kids knew that daddy had a surprise but had no idea what he was up to. They LOVED playing the game. Kyle is such a great daddy and is constantly trying to do new fun things for them. Thank you Kyle...
